Hatch And Fry’s store page never publishes a recipe book with cook seconds and cash-per-plate. Official art still tells you what the kitchen is selling: a panicked chicken on a flaming grill, a cow that becomes steaks, a buffalo on the same pipeline, and a dinosaur nest while a chef fries in a pan. This list ranks those meals by how they serve the hatch-to-fry loop, not by meme thumbnails. Animal ranks stay on the animal tier list. Serving the plates is how to serve. Cooking technique is how to cook.

We do not invent percents. If Lemon’s Projects posts cook times after the Big Update, this table will gain numbers. Until then, treat S-tier as “keeps the grill paying” and C-tier as “flex that still has to be processed.”

S tier — steak and buffalo

The Roblox gallery’s first-person steak is the job: tongs, spatula, flame, cooked surface. Cattle exist to become that picture on repeat. Buffalo art shows the same before/after gag as the cow — grass in, grill out. Process them when they are ready. An S-tier animal sitting in a pen is a C-tier meal.

If the grill is idle while you hatch a “better” egg, you are failing this list. Fill the iron first. Offline cooking continues whatever you queued; it will not sear a cow you never processed. Offline progress.

A tier — chicken

Chickens hatch early and teach the loop. They are why Served 10 is a freebie. Keep them in rotation when cattle are not ready. Do not throw a live chicken on the fire because the hero thumbnail is funny — the paying chain is still process → cook → serve. Getting Started if that sentence is new.

B tier — dinosaur and other rare hatches

The blue dinosaur on a nest of three eggs is the flex shot. Hunt it after the kitchen turns, not instead of Served 100. A rare plate that never reaches a customer is decoration. Rank the animal on the animal list, then cook it like everything else.

D tier — skipping process

Dropping a live animal on the grill because a YouTube title said “fry” is how you stall badges. The official how-to-play line is process into fresh meats, then cook. If the processor is locked, you are still in the farm tutorial.

How meals become cash

1. Hatch the animal — how to hatch.
2. Raise it on the plot so offline growth ticks.
3. Process into meat.
4. Cook. 2x Cookspeed (129) if this clock is the bottleneck.
5. Serve. 2x Customer Eat Speed (119) if diners camp seats.
6. Collect. Auto Collect (79) if you leave cash on the floor.

What this list will not do

• Publish fake cash-per-second for “legendary steak.”
• Copy meal names from Restaurant Tycoon or other kitchens.
• Embed a Hatch And Fry cooking video that does not exist yet.

When the shop or a patch note names dishes, they get rows here. Until then, cook what the gallery already showed you: chicken, steak, buffalo, and the rare nest — in that order of daily value.
